We had a perfect 10/10 time. Ideal hotel, clean, attentive staff, location next to the harbour was peaceful. The room we had included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television. It was overlooking lake. Location: the property was adjacent to the city center and train station and the lake and the train station.

I absolutely loved the elegant and tasteful decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful furnishings and charming ambiance made me feel right at home. The hotel's general areas were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for seniors to navigate comfortably. I was also delighted that the hotel had easy accessibility with no stairs to climb, making it convenient for seniors like myself.
While the children working there were helpful and kind, I would have appreciated a designated staff member who could assist senior guests with any specific needs or inquiries.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities like AC and a fridge. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more options available. However, the coffee was amazing and the fact that breakfast was included made up for it.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Lake Beach and Town Centre near Locanda Dogana. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful lake area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Peschiera del Garda. The room was clean and modern, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was satisfying. The strong wifi connection and ample parking were also convenient.
My children wanted a larger discount for hotel guests at the evening restaurant.
